This is the cabin during the winter months (this photo is a couple of years old).Escape the heat to the cool mountains. This is our cabin in Happy Jack, Arizona. It's about 14 miles from Clint's Well along SR 87, nestled in the pines above the Mogollon Rim. The cabin is located in a subdivision of one acre lots, at an elevation of approximately 6,500 ft.
It's 1 hour to Camp Verde to the SouthWest, 45 minutes to Winslow to the north, and about 45 minutes to Payson going South along SR 87. Sedona is about an hour and a half from the cabin, going through Camp Verde.
